Technical features:

The rack-mounted CDU is mainly composed of a cabinet, a water pump, a plate heat exchanger, valves, an expansion tank, and pipelines. Through plate exchanger, the cooled liquid is sent to the heat source to absorb heat, and the liquid with heat enters the plate exchanger for heat exchange treatment and circulation heat exchange.

Liquid-cooled CDU absorbs, transfers and dissipates the heat generated by the operation of electronic equipment through liquid circulation.

Liquid-cooled CDU has strong adaptability, can adjust the cooling mode according to different environmental requirements, and can operate in extreme environments such as high temperature and humidity.

It can provide a stable heat dissipation environment, ensure the equipment to run in a stable temperature range, and effectively reduce the failure rate of the equipment.

In high-load operation, it can reduce energy consumption more effectively, save energy costs, and provide strong support for sustainable development.

It monitors key parameters of the cooling liquid such as flow rate and temperature, and rationally allocates cooling liquid resources according to the real-time needs of the system, ensuring the heat dissipation process is always in the optimal state.

The cooling medium is transported to IT heating devices such as servers through pipelines and pumps, and the cooling medium directly contacts with the heat source to absorb heat, and then returns to the cooling medium supply system to form a cycle.

The adopted cooling medium can be recycled, which reduces the consumption of water source and reduces the heating and discharge of a large amount of air compared with the air cooling system.
