Hairf Agent Qualification Standard

In order to explore domestic precision air conditioning market together, better protect the agent’s interest, ensure a good market share of Harif Precision Air Conditioning Serial Products and the service for them, and ensure the qualities of pro-sale, on-sale and post-sale, Hairf requires a good hardware and software configuration of the agent selling the products. The agent can become an agent of Hairf Air Conditioning only if the following conditions are not fulfilled:

1. The agent must be a company or an entity that has an independent legal personality.

2. The registered capital of agent must be not less than 500,000.

3. The number of full-time salesmen in service of the agent must be not less than 3.

4. The agent must have at least 2 professional refrigeration and air conditioning technicians.

5. The company applying for being an agent must have a fixed office.

6. The agent must have necessary hard wares, such as computer, telephone, printer, fax machine, vehicle, and so on.

7. The agent must have complete execution archives of customer projects.

8. Harif agents are classified into three levels: Class A, Class AA, and Class AAA. Class A agent is Specially Stipulated Agent in specific area, Class AA agent is Specified Agent, and Class AAA agent is Regional General Agent.

9. After selling the products for one year, the agent should gain a sales accounting for more than 30% of the total annual sales of similar products within his region, and this value should increase by at least 10% comparing to previous year. Annual sales for Class A agent should be not less than 600,000 RMB. For Class AA Specified Agent, this value should be 1,000,000 RMB. For Class AAA Regional General Agent, this value should be 1,500,000RMB.

10. The agent must have a deep understanding of the differences between the characteristics of Harif Air Conditioning and those of other products.

11. The agent must have corresponding after sales power, necessary equipments for installation and maintenance, ability to judge the main cause of malfunction, and inform Hairf Customer Service Center within 2 hours after the occurrence of the malfunction.

12. Every agent must sign a Sales Agent Contract with Hairf company.

All agents must fill in all the details in the attached sheet and provides related qualification material. After being evaluated, classified and granted with an Authentication Certification and an Authentication Brand by the Hairf Beijing Headquater, the agent can enjoy the policies of Harif Precision Air Conditioning and exercises the rights given by the company.
