Hairf Certification Engineer provides start-up service for Hairf Precision Air Conditioning Products.
Warranty service
1. Hairf office and the authorized agents provide the customers professional maintenance service, carried out by local or overseas agents. (according to agreement)
2. Hairf office and the authorized agents could back up the overseas customers with technical instruction during the installation or maintenance process mainly by email, on-line instant communication, phone, if necessary, the professional engineer will be dispatched there according to agreement. The technical support service contains technical training, technical consultation, and particular technical problem solution.
Warranty service rules  
Guarantee service includes start-up service and maintenance of the units in      guarantee period.
Failures caused by force majeure (such as earth quake, flood, fire, gnawed by mice) or improper operation are not in the guarantee coverage.
