Green energy-saving modular UPS

Hairf green energy-saving modular UPS is Hairf's newly-developed product. This series of intelligent modular UPS adopt the integrated package IGBT module, but not discrete devices. Relative to the discrete IGBT device, the integrated package IGBT module has a more powerful current carrying capacity and requires lower power consumption, which greatly helps improve efficiency and reliability of the power module. The power module design using discrete devices requires parallel connection of multiple IGBT devices. At the same time, the design and process problems of freewheeling diode need to be handled, which brings great risks against the system reliability and production process consistency. The integrated package IGBT module provides a powerful current on-off capacity and can meet the power module requirement without parallel connection. Meanwhile, the freewheeling diode is integrated to reduce the design process and production process risks. With the integrated package IGBT module, the modular series products ensure high reliability of the power module and system as realizing high efficiency and low power consumption.

Technical characteristics:
1. 10 ~ 300KVA power range, making capacity configuration flexible;
2. Online hot swap upgrade and expansion to make use convenient and maintenance easy;
3. The output power factor is 1.0, 25% higher than that of the traditional UPS load carrying capacity;
4. Using the integrated package IGBT module to greatly improve the power module and system reliability;
5. The power module is configured with dual DSP controllers to implement independent module control and avoid single point failure risks;
6. Capacity: Medium/large power series single-cabinet system capacity: 100KVA/150KVA/200KVA/250KVA/300KVA;

Smart small/medium power series single-cabinet system capacity: 60KVA/90KVA/120KVA/150KVA/180KVA.
