Hairf Certification Engineer provides start-up service for Hairf Precision Air

Conditioning Products.

Warranty service

1. Each Hairf Precision Air Conditioning maintenance point provides one-year 7 days × 24 hours warranty service to Hairf Precision Air Conditioning customers. (according to agreement)

2. Hairf will back up the overseas customers with technical instruction during the installation and maintenance process mainly by email, on-line instant communication, phone, if necessary, the professional engineer will be dispatched there.

Guaranty service rules Guarantee service covers start-up service and maintenance of the units in guarantee period.

Failures caused by force majeure (such as earth quake, flood, fire, gnawed by mice) or improper operation are not in the guarantee coverage.

•Maintenance service

Hairf office and the authorized agents provide the customers professional maintenance service, carried out by local or overseas agents. (according to agreement)

•Technical support service

Hairf office and the authorized agents provide technical support service for all Hairf

products, i ncluding the precision air condition in or out of the guaranty period. The technical support service contains technical consultation, technical training, particular

technical problem solution.
